Junior Hoilett has admitted that there has been a change in attitude among the Queens Park Rangers squad over the pre-season period.
The R's received heavy criticism for the performances that they produced last season, which ultimately ended in relegation to the Championship.
However, having won their two opening games of the new season, winger Hoilett has insisted that the players that remain at Loftus Road are determined to put right last term's wrongs.
"We had a good pre-season. You could tell from the first day that there was a different mentality amongst the lads," he told the club's official website. "I think the first few games have shown that we're all in it together.
"When we lose the ball, we fight to win it back – and when we attack, we're free flowing and going forward in numbers. We're all fighting for each other to bounce back from last season's disappointments."
Next up for Harry Redknapp's team is a trip to Huddersfield Town on Saturday afternoon.
