Walsall have offered goalkeeper Richard O'Donnell a new two-year contract to stay at the Banks's Stadium.
The 26-year-old is in his second season with the Saddlers following his arrival from Chesterfield in July 2013.
Manager Dean Smith told BBC Sport: "We've made Richard a good offer and and now it's up to him whether he wants to sign.
"I'm hopeful. We'd love him to stay. And, at the moment, we're just waiting to hear back from him and his representative."
O'Donnell has kept 21 clean sheets in 37 appearances this season for Walsall.
