Arsenal have reportedly hired Leicester City's head of technical scouting Ben Wrigglesworth.
The scout was one of the recruiters who helped the Foxes sign Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez, who have been pivotal to the team's surprise Premier League title charge this season.
According to PA, Wrigglesworth has opted to move to Arsenal after working under head of recruitment Steve Walsh at the King Power Stadium.
A Twitter account thought to be run by the scout wrote: "After three-and-a-half unbelievable seasons, working with amazing people, I am now starting a new chapter.
"It was a very difficult decision, leaving Leicester, but I had to take an opportunity that doesn't come round often. I only wish the best for Leicester in the future."
The league's leading scorer Vardy, who has 18 goals to his name so far this season, cost Leicester £1m in 2012 when he signed from Fleetwood Town, while Mahrez joined two years ago from Le Havre for a reported £400,000 fee.
