Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone has hinted that he would be open to the idea of coaching his former team Inter Milan in the future.
The Argentine played for the Italian side between 1997 and 1999 and is still regarded as a cult hero by a large section of the club's supporters.
However, Simeone has insisted that he will remain with Atletico "for quite some time yet" as he attempts to become the "[Sir Alex] Ferguson of the Colchoneros".
"Inter? It would be an honour," Simeone told Il Giornale. "But for now, all that talk is left to the newspapers.
"I see myself at Atletico Madrid for quite some time yet. Some say I might become the Ferguson of the Colchoneros. That man has been a part of football."
Tottenham Hotspur have also been linked with the 43-year-old.
