Atletico Madrid midfielder Arda Turan has revealed that he now feels "perfectly comfortable" in the Spanish capital after previously being linked with a move away from the club.
The Turkish international reportedly came close to leaving the Vicente Calderon in the summer, but has since signed a new long-term contract at the club.
"I feel perfectly comfortable in this city. I have found peace and I can focus on football. In the case of the club, I feel like it's my home. Atletico Madrid makes me very happy and I feel a part of the Rojiblanca family," he told AS.
"I have a contract here until 2017 and I am very happy at the club. The only think I'm thinking about is winning a lot of titles and cups with Atleti in the future."
The 26-year-old moved to Atletico from Galatasaray in 2011.
