Midfielder Andres Iniesta has allegedly informed Barcelona that he wants an exit fee of £10.5m should he leave for China.
Since the start of 2018, Iniesta has been heavily linked with a lucrative switch to the Chinese Super League and earlier this month, it was claimed that Barca are expecting the club legend to move to Asia.
However, according to Diario Gol, Iniesta wants a significant payoff upon his departure, with the 33-year-old said to be asking for €12m (£10.5m).
The report claims that Iniesta told his teammates of his demands when reporting for international duty with Spain earlier this week, with Real Madrid's Sergio Ramos said to be surprised by the veteran's stance.
Iniesta has spent the last 22 years at Barcelona, coming through the youth ranks to make 663 appearances for the senior side in all competitions.
