Bradford City are reportedly locked in talks with former Queens Park Rangers chairman Gianni Paladini regarding a potential takeover of the club.
The Italian, who has been looking to make a return to football since leaving Loftus Road in 2011, is said to have registered as a director of the League One outfit's holding company.
Sky Sports News suggests that the 70-year-old could now become involved at Bradford should a deal be agreed.
Paladini made a bid to buy Birmingham City in 2012, which was eventually rejected by the Midlands side.
Bradford are currently 11th in the league table following a run of three straight defeats.
