Celtic manager Neil Lennon has given England and Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard his support ahead of the midfielder's 100th cap for the Three Lions.

The 32-year-old will become the sixth England player to reach the milestone when he leads the national side against Sweden in a friendly in Stockholm this evening.

Lennon tweeted: "Good luck to Steven Gerrard on his 100th cap tonight...fantastic achievement."

Meanwhile, Gerrard has claimed that his international career is far from over.
