Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has said that his side needs to stop giving teams an advantage if they are to get their season back on track.
The Blues have endured a poor run of results recently, including last weekend's 5-3 defeat at home to Arsenal.
"You can't give good teams too much of an advantage," said Cech. "It's one thing we don't want to do.
"The sooner we start cutting down their advantage, the better it will be for us and we will put them under more pressure.
"Obviously, our opponents have an advantage at the moment, but we have to keep working, get the wins and see what's going to happen."
Chelsea travel to Blackburn Rovers in the Premier League on Saturday.
