Stoke City boss Tony Pulis has said that his side must be ready to perform ahead of their trip to Stamford Bridge this afternoon.
Pulis, whose side take on a Blues team that are unbeaten at home in 2012, insists that his men will need to make the most of their added rest after Chelsea's midweek showdown in Birmingham.
"The players have had rest," he said. "They looked bright at training.
"We need them to look bright at Stamford Bridge, because if we don't perform, Chelsea will cause us all sorts of problems.
"We know it's going to be tough down there and if we aren't on top of our game, if we aren't bright, then it will be even tougher for us."
Stoke are currently in ninth place in the Premier League.
