Derby County boss Nigel Clough has blasted a section of Nottingham Forest fans for criticising late owner Nigel Doughty.
Doughty was found dead at his home on Saturday at the age of 54 and some Forest fans have reportedly criticised the way he managed the affairs of the club.
"I find it amazing anyone can criticise him," ex-Forest striker Clough said.
"For someone to sign a cheque for nearly £1m every month for ten years to support his club is a staggering commitment."
Clough played over 400 games for Nottingham Forest, scoring 131 goals.
