The Italian Football Association (FIGC) have charged Juventus boss Antonio Conte in relation to allegations of match-fixing.
The 42-year-old stands accused of withholding information from prosecutors investigating the betting scandal.
Conte is being investigated for an incident which occurred when he took his Siena team to play Novara in May of last year.
"Antonio Conte [has been deferred] for violating article 7, point 7 of the sporting code for ignoring their obligation to inform the prosecutors of the facts relating to the sporting malpractice pertaining to the game between Novara and Siena on May 1, 2011 after having referred to it in the pre-match meeting held a few hours before kick-off," read a statement from FIGC.
The case is due to be heard at a tribunal next week.
