Leyton Orient have confirmed that manager Fabio Liverani has left the club by mutual consent.
The 39-year-old Italian took charge of the team in December, but he was unable to stop them from being relegated to League Two.
Orient finished the season in 23rd place in the table, three points adrift of safety.
Assistant coaches Maurizio Cantarelli and Marcello Donatelli have also departed Brisbane Road.
"The club would like to thank Fabio, Maurizio and Marcello for their efforts this season, and we wish them all the best for the future," read a statement on Orient's official website.
"The club will now focus on rebuilding for next season, in the hope that we can make a swift return to League One. We do not underestimate the challenge that we will face in the coming season, but the players and staff will work together to achieve the success that our loyal fans deserve. We thank you for your ongoing support."
Liverani's previous job in management before joining Leyton Orient was a brief stint in charge of Genoa.
