The agent of Liverpool midfielder Philippe Coutinho is reportedly scheduled to meet with Barcelona representatives next week to begin discussions over a January move.
Coutinho saw his dream switch to Camp Nou blocked in the summer despite handing in a transfer request, as each of the Catalan club's three offers were knocked back.
Barca chief executive Oscar Grau recently claimed that a fresh bid could be tabled when the transfer window reopens for business in the New Year, however, and it has also been suggested that Liverpool are now more willing to listen.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona will make one more shot at signing Coutinho as they have planned talks with Kia Joorabchian - one of the Brazilian playmaker's numerous representatives - for early next week.
The same report states that the La Liga leaders are unlikely to budge from their previous offer of £72m up front and a further £28m in add-ons.
