Liverpool attacker Divock Origi has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Lens.
The 26-year-old was strongly linked with a move away from Anfield over the summer, but the deadline passed with the Belgium international still at Anfield.
Origi has made two appearances for the Reds this season - providing one assist in the process - but he has only featured for two minutes at the start of the 2021-22 Premier League campaign.
The attacker's contract with Liverpool is due to expire next summer, meaning that he could be on the move when the January transfer window opens for business.
According to Fichajes, Lens are keeping a close eye on developments and could make a move for the Belgian at the start of 2022.
As it stands, the Ligue 1 outfit would be free to discuss a pre-contract with Origi in January, although they would have to agree a fee with Liverpool in order to bring him to the club in the winter window.
The attacker has scored 35 goals and registered 15 assists in 159 appearances for the Reds.
