Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini is reportedly ready to sell Mario Balotelli after he stormed off against Sunderland.
Balotelli looked less than happy when he was replaced by Sergio Aguero during City's 3-0 win against the Mackems, with the Italian striker storming down the tunnel after the change.
According to The Mirror, Mancini is under increasing pressure to let the forward go as he continues to persist with the 22-year-old.
A City insider is reported to have told The Mirror: "Mancini has staked his reputation on Balotelli, but every time he thinks he has turned the corner he does something else to land himself in trouble.
"Mario's a source of friction both in the boardroom and the dressing room."
Balotelli has featured sparingly for City so far this season, after returning from a successful European Championships with an eye problem which required corrective laser surgery.
