Manchester United midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger has vowed to use his experience to "guide" youngsters Memphis Depay and Anthony Martial in the early stages of their career at Old Trafford.
Schweinsteiger, Depay and Martial all arrived at Man United in the summer transfer window, but the former, 31, is by far the more experienced of the three signings.
Depay, 21, and Martial, 19, have both impressed in the early stages of their time with the Premier League club and Schweinsteiger has backed the pair to "achieve a lot".
"Memphis and Martial can achieve a lot. They are both very young, but both very talented," Schweinsteiger told the club's matchday programme.
"If they make the right decisions and take the right steps in the future, then they can give a lot of power to Manchester United.
"For me, the most important thing is that they have a good personality and a good character, and they do! That is what's most important, and with the quality they can achieve a lot. I will try to guide them, of course."
Depay and Martial have both scored four goals for Man United thus far this season.
