Bayern Munich are reportedly interested in signing Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos this summer.
The Spanish international has been strongly linked with a move to Manchester United, although it is understood that the two clubs are still some way apart in terms of price.
According to reports in Spain, Bayern are prepared to top Man United's offer for the 29-year-old and will make an official move this week.
Spanish journalist Pipi Estrada has also claimed that Bayern have already made contact over a move for the experienced central defender.
Ramos is expected to leave the Spanish capital this summer after becoming frustrated with contract negotiations at the Bernabeu.
