Middlesbrough boss Aitor Karanka believes that new signing Emilio Nsue's versatility will be the Smoggies' key to success.
The Equatoguinean forward signed for Boro on a three-year contract from Real Mallorca, with both clubs waiting for international clearance before the deal can be finalised.
"He is a versatile player who I have known for five years. He is a good lad with a good mentality and approach to the game," Karanka told Middlesbrough's official website.
Nsue can play multiple positions as a wing-back and as a forward.
