Chris Hughton has urged his Norwich City side to make a quick recovery from their 5-0 defeat away at Liverpool this afternoon.
The loss means that the Canaries are now without a win from their last six outings in the Premier League.
With that statistic in mind, Hughton has admitted that Norwich need to get "back on track" quickly to avoid being dragged into a relegation battle.
"What we were up against today was an extremely good Liverpool side. They were very good and clinical," he told the club's official website. "It's been a bad day for us and we need to dust ourselves down and make sure we are better for the next game.
"We need to get back on track. Sometimes you have to accept that, with the quality these teams have, if you have a bad day you can be well beaten."
Norwich are currently 13th in the Premier League table.
