Queens Park Rangers manager Mark Hughes has claimed that Djibtil Cisse's first Premier League goal of the season will provide the striker and the team with a boost.
Cisse's second-half equaliser earned the R's a point against Reading on Sunday and Hughes believes that the squad must do more to create chances for the former Liverpool forward.
"When you've got Djib in your side you've got to create chances for him," Hughes told the Fulham & Hammersmith Chronicle.
"When he gets in good positions and gets in a clean shot inevitably he will score - that's why he was in the side because we felt it was important we had that goal threat.
"He lives and thrives on goals and the more he scores the better he will play so I think it will do him a world of good."
QPR are currently 19th in the Premier League.
