Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has admitted that he will 'not lose sleep' over the hostile reception he expects will greet him against Southampton this weekend.
The supporters of the Saints were left fuming in 2005 when Redknapp joined Portsmouth in the season after he dropped down into the Championship with Southampton.
"Listen, I will get a bit of grief, won't I?" The Metro quotes Redknapp as saying. "But what can you do? That's no problem. They are not bad people there. I wouldn't say Southampton supporters are nasty, aggressive people. They're not.
"They'll give me a bit of grief but that's life. I won't lose any sleep over it, the only thing I'll lose sleep over is if the result is bad."
QPR remain at the bottom of the Premier League table, seven points away from safety.
