Reading manager Brian McDermott has revealed that he will sign new players during the January transfer window.
The Royals are currently at the foot of the Premier League table with nine points from 17 matches.
"It's a strong possibility that we can get players in and we'll try to do that," he told Sky Sports News.
"We'll see what January brings. We all know it's a tough window but we've been planning for some time now and that's what we'll be looking to try and do."
Reading lost 5-2 to Arsenal at home in the Premier League on Monday.
