Christian Eriksen reveals 'disconnect' between players, Mauricio Pochettino

Christian Eriksen reveals that some Tottenham Hotspur players have struggled to get on the same wavelength as manager Mauricio Pochettino.

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen has revealed that some of his teammates have struggled to understand Mauricio Pochettino's approach to coaching.

The North London outfit have had an inconsistent season following the Argentine's arrival in the summer having won just three times in their last 10 Premier League matches.

"I think we are getting better," the London Evening Standard quotes Eriksen as saying. "We are getting used to his training and how he wants us to play in the games, but of course there are times when it doesn't connect at all.

"Overall, I think we're doing the right thing and adapting in the right way. You need to know what your teammates will be doing, and that is an area we need to improve."

After Thursday's Europa League clash against Partizan, Tottenham will face Everton on Sunday at White Hart Lane.
