Christian Eriksen has claimed that Tottenham Hotspur were able to take confidence from winning points late in matches this season.
The Danish playmaker struck late in matches against Hull City, Swansea City and Sunderland, and he believes those dramatic moments will live long in the memory after Spurs battled to a fifth-place finish.
"Always when you win a game in the last minute it gives you something else, different emotions than if you just win normally," he told the club's website.
"Of course, everyone would rather just win normally all the time, that's probably the best thing, but it gave the team confidence to come back the amount of times we did."
Eriksen scored 10 goals in 37 Premier League games in his second campaign with Spurs.
