In-form Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has hinted that his understanding with Christian Eriksen spells bad news for the rest of the Premier League.
Kane netted a hat-trick in Sunday's 5-1 demolition of Bournemouth for what he hopes will prove a watershed moment in a stop-start season, with Eriksen setting up his second.
The 22-year-old netted 31 times in all competitions last term, and the England hitman believes that his partnership with the Dane is key to how close he comes to replicating those heroics.
"We play very well together," Kane told Sky Sports News. "We have an understanding around the 18-yard box about the movements we are going to make.
"We get on really well off the pitch too. The more chances he makes for me, the better."
Spurs host bottom-of-the-table Aston Villa on Monday night.
