Swansea City recall Modou Barrow from Blackburn Rovers

Swansea City confirm that they have recalled Modou Barrow from his loan at Blackburn Rovers to provide cover after Nathan Dyer joined Leicester City on loan.

Swansea City have recalled Modou Barrow from his loan at Championship side Blackburn Rovers.

The 22-year-old winger joined Blackburn a month ago on a three-month deal, but Swansea have activated a 28-day release clause to bring Barrow back.

Swansea said on their website that Barrow had been recalled to provide cover after Nathan Dyer joined Leicester City on a season-long loan last week.

Barrow made five appearances, one of which was a start, for Blackburn during his time with the Lancashire side.
