Torino manager Walter Mazzarri has reportedly shown an interest in signing Watford midfielder Etienne Capoue.
Mazzarri spent last season in the dugout at Vicarage Road, although the Italian was removed from his position at the Hornets after a poor end to the season.
However, Mazzarri was able to get the best out of Capoue during his time in the Premier League and according to The Sun, the boss of the Serie A outfit is keen on a reunion.
Despite scoring seven goals in 37 top-flight appearances during the last campaign, the Frenchman has made just five starts and five substitute outings under Marco Silva this season.
That has allegedly led to the 29-year-old expressing a desire to leave the club in the January window, and now Torino must now decide whether they are willing to get close to Watford's asking price, which is said to be £12m.
Capoue has 18 months remaining on his contract at the Hertfordshire-based side.
