FC Koln striker Anthony Ujah has accepted an offer to join Werder Bremen this summer.
The 24-year-old will make the move having found the net on 10 occasions in the Bundesliga this term.
"Anthony has a great profile, plays with a lot of passion, a lot of power, is very diligent and strong in the air," Bremen's director of football Rouven Schroder told the club's official website.
"We're convinced that Anthony Ujah fits to our style of play."
Nigerian frontman Ujah initially joined Koln from Mainz on loan in 2012, before making the switch permanent 12 months later.
