West Ham United striker Carlton Cole has accepted his Football Association charge over a controversial post made on Twitter last month.
The 31-year-old made comments that were considered to be "abusive and/or insulting and/or improper and/or brings the game into disrepute".
Having been charged by the football body earlier this week, Cole decided against appealing ahead of this evening's 6pm deadline.
Cole, who was also fined £20,000 by the FA in 2011 for an identical offence, has made 17 appearances for the Hammers in all competitions this season, scoring three goals.
