Andy Murray has said that he is familiar with his next opponent Ricardas Berankis.
The Scot faces the world number 110 in the third round of the Australian Open following his straight-sets victory over Joao Sousa.
Berankis sealed his progression with a 6-2 6-3 6-1 win against Florian Mayer.
"I actually hit with Ricardas a lot," said Murray. "I trained with him before the Australian Open last year.
"I practised with him in Brisbane and I practised with him a couple times before the tournament here. He is not that tall and he hits the ball pretty big from the back of the court.
"He plays aggressive. He's a very flat hitter of the ball. And he's obviously playing well to beat a guy like Mayer that comfortably. It was a very good win."
Bernakis has never progressed beyond the third round of a Grand Slam.
