Charlie Nicholas: 'Arsenal star Mesut Ozil is from another planet'

Charlie Nicholas praises Mesut Ozil by claiming that the Arsenal star "comes from another planet".

Former Arsenal forward Charlie Nicholas has hailed Mesut Ozil's quality by claiming that the German World Cup winner "comes from another planet".

Ozil took time to settle into life in North London following his £42.5m move from Real Madrid in 2013, but he has now become an integral part of Arsene Wenger's team.

In last night's 3-2 victory over Ludogorets Razgrad in the Champions League, Ozil showed individual skill to score the winner and complete the comeback for the Gunners after they went 2-0 down after 15 minutes.

"Ozil was just different class." Nicholas told Sky Sports News. "He comes from another planet that no other Arsenal player has found yet. He's got loads of good talent and loads of good movement. Ozil was absolutely wonderful."

Arsenal are unbeaten in their last 15 games in all competitions.
