Arsenal and Liverpool's rumoured pursuit of Stephan El Shaarawy has been dealt a blow by his agent revealing that only "a sensational offer" will be considered by AC Milan.
Both Premier League clubs have been linked with a move for the Italian international, while Borussia Dortmund and Roma also thought to be interested in the striker.
However, his agent Manuel El Shaarawy has insisted that any January bids for the 22-year-old will need to be sizeable for the Rossoneri to contemplate selling.
He is quoted by the Daily Star as saying: "I have not been contacted by Borussia Dortmund, nor by Roma, nor by any other club.
"Stephan will not leave Milan in January unless there is a sensational offer, the type that no-one can be sure will arrive.
"He is at the centre of the Milan project, and the relationship with the coach and the environment is excellent."
El Shaarawy joined Milan from Serie A rivals Genoa in 2011.
