Blackburn Rovers defender Grant Hanley has put pen to paper on a new five-year deal at Ewood Park.
The 21-year-old, who arrived at the club from Rangers as a youth player in 2008, said that he was eager to extend his stay and is happy that the paperwork is done and dusted.
"As soon as the end of the season came and I heard that the club wanted me to sign a new deal, I couldn't wait to get it done and it feels brilliant," Sky Sports News quotes the Scottish international as saying.
"I've been at the club for a while now, it's a great club and I'm really happy to extend my stay here."
Hanley made his debut for Rovers in a 1–0 victory at Aston Villa in 2010.
