Leeds United manager Simon Grayson is pleased with the impact Ross McCormack has made at the club since joining in the summer.
The attacker scored twice during Leeds' 3-2 victory over Crystal Palace yesterday afternoon and Grayson was quick to praise the influence made by the Scotland international.
"When we signed Ross I was excited because I knew what he was capable of doing, but for different circumstances he didn't get a run in the team," Grayson told reporters after the game.
"He looks fit, strong and you can see his confidence. I'm delighted with him, he's showing what we wanted."
The 25-year-old signed on at Elland Road from Cardiff City for a fee of £300,000.
