Leeds United are reportedly interested in signing West Bromwich Albion attacker Matheus Pereira during this summer's transfer window.
The 25-year-old impressed for the Baggies during the 2020-21 campaign, scoring 11 times and registering six assists in 33 Premier League appearances.
West Brom are unlikely to be able to keep hold of the Brazilian this summer, with a number of clubs said to be keen on signing him in the current market.
According to ESPN Brasil, there is firm interest from Leeds, with the club's head coach Marcelo Bielsa a keen admirer of the attacker.
The report claims that Pereira would be open to the idea of a move to Elland Road, although he could hold out for European football, with West Ham United also said to be keeping a close eye on developments.
The South American - also thought to be of interest to Crystal Palace and Aston Villa - still has three years left to run on his contract at the Hawthorns.
