Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson has insisted that manager Brendan Rodgers has helped him develop into a better player since arriving at Anfield.
The England international, who signed for the Reds from Sunderland in 2011, has been regarded as one of the most improved players within the Liverpool setup this season.
"It's no good just running all over the shop and being out of position, which maybe a few years ago, when I look back, I was probably doing that," Henderson told the club's official website.
"That's just enthusiasm, energy and wanting to do the right things. The manager has really helped me to channel that and focus on certain things. It's really helped."
Liverpool could clinch their first league title since 1990 as they are currently four points behind Premier League leaders Chelsea with eight games left to play.
