Mike Ashley will attend a hearing in March regarding two Scottish Football Association charges in relation to his move to the Rangers board.
On December 15 last year, the Newcastle United owner was accused of not acting in the best interests of football, as well as breaching a rule about owning two clubs.
It has been confirmed that the hearing for Ashley, who owns a nine percent share in the Scottish Championship club, will take place on March 2.
The businessman strengthened his position on the board by securing a £10m loan deal with the club earlier this week.
