Former AC Milan forward Marco Van Basten believes that Zlatan Ibrahimovic has the quality to worry Barcelona when the pair meet in the Champions League quarter-finals.

Former AC Milan forward Marco Van Basten has claimed that Rossoneri striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has the quality to worry Barcelona in their upcoming Champions League quarter-final tie.

Ibrahimovic, 30, will revisit his former club for the first time since departing La Liga on a permanent basis in 2011, and Van Basten believes that the Swedish international will have a huge say in the tie.

"If you can score a lot of goals in Italy, you can do it in the Champions League as well. Ibra has the quality to make the difference," Van Basten told Sky Sport Italia.

"These will be two very important matches, Barcelona are the strongest side in the world and it will be very tough."

Ibrahimovic has scored 27 goals in 31 games for Milan this season.
