Juventus fight back to beat Bologna

Sami Khedira's header sees Juventus come back from a goal down to win 3-1 against Bologna.

Juventus have moved four points clear of the Serie A drop zone courtesy of a comfortable 3-1 victory over Bologna.

Juve almost took the lead in the early minutes at the Juventus Stadium when Alvaro Morata tested the gloves of keeper Antonio Mirante.

Instead, it was Bologna who edged ahead in Turin as Adam Masina's menacing cross found Anthony Mounier and the former Montpellier winger tucked his effort past Gianluigi Buffon.

The Bianconeri tried to muster an instant response as first Morata fired wide before Paul Pogba's low drive was saved by Mirante.

Patrice Evra then failed to direct his header on target from Paulo Dybala's corner as Juve continued to squander chances.

However, Juventus finally levelled on 33 minutes as Morata's close-range finish found a way past Mirante.

Juve were then awarded a penalty after the interval when Morata was bundled over in the area by Masina. It was left to Dybala to take the spot kick and the Argentine duly directed his penalty beyond the reach of Mirante.

Morata almost added a third on the hour as he was denied once more by Mirante, but Juve wrapped victory moments later thanks to Sami Khedira's header.
