New Real Sociedad manager David Moyes has claimed that La Liga is the best football league in the world.
The former Manchester United manager ended a seven-month break away from the sport to sign an 18-month deal with the San Sebastian outfit earlier this week.
Moyes is quoted as saying by BBC Sport: "La Liga has the finest players and great coaches and I want to test myself against the best. This is the best league in the world.
"Real Sociedad tugged at my heart strings. It is the right time. I am well rested and I am ready to go."
Moyes will take charge of La Real for the first time at Deportivo La Coruna on November 22.
