Rudi Garcia believes that his Lille players are suffering from "heavy legs" following their 1-1 draw with Reims.

Lille coach Rudi Garcia has lambasted his team's first-half performance against Reims.

Les Dogues were held to a 1-1 draw at the Stade Auguste Delaune, meaning that they are now without a win in four.

Dimitri Payet notched his fifth goal of the season 18 minutes from time to rescue a point for his side, but Garcia revealed that he was far from happy with the first-half showing.

"It seemed as though we were playing a friendly match in the first half," Ligue1.com quotes Garcia as saying. "There was no fight, no aggression. We were second to everything.

"Fortunately we corrected that in the second half. It is not easy to win a game when you only play for one half.

"I am not forgetting that we have played nine matches in 27 days. Some of the players had heavy legs. If we don't win, we will not advance up the table."

Lille host Montpellier HSC next Saturday.
