Bayern Munich midfielder Ryan Gravenberch admits that he is uncertain about his future with the German champions, amid links with Liverpool and Manchester United.

Bayern Munich midfielder Ryan Gravenberch has admitted that he is unsure where his future lies amid links with Liverpool and Manchester United.

The Dutchman joined the German champions from Ajax last summer, but he has been unable to establish himself in the Bayern side.

Julian Nagelsmann and then Thomas Tuchel often preferred to utilise Joshua Kimmich and Leon Goretzka in central midfield, restricting Gravenberch to just three Bundesliga starts during the 2022-23 campaign.

Gravenberch has seemingly been pushed further down the pecking order following the arrival of Austria international Konrad Laimer.

Although he played the final nine minutes of Sunday's 4-1 win over Augsburg, Gravenberch was an unused substitute for the German Supercup defeat to RB Leipzig and the opening day league win over Werder Bremen.

Despite being under contract until the summer of 2027, there has been speculation that he could leave the club before the transfer window shuts.

Gravenberch is believed to be keen to gain regular playing time to maximise his chances of being included in the Netherlands squad for Euro 2024.

Premier League giants Liverpool and Man United are among those that have been linked with a possible move for the 21-year-old.

When asked about a possible departure before Friday's transfer deadline, Gravenberch told Bild: "I don't know what will happen in the next [few] days."

Liverpool were recently said to be in talks with Bayern over a potential deal for Gravenberch, as they look to bolster their options in the middle of the park.

Despite recruiting Dominik Szoboszlai, Alexis Mac Allister and Wataru Endo, the Reds are still determined to strengthen their midfield.

A recent report indicated that Gravenberch would prefer a move to Man United, who are also keen to add to their current options.

Man United had supposedly identified Fiorentina's Sofyan Amrabat as their top midfield target, but a transfer is yet to materialise, which could potentially open the door for Gravenberch.
