Francisco Javier Rodriguez will not leave Almeria

Almeria boss Francisco Javier Rodriguez insists that he will not leave the club despite their difficult start to the season.

Francisco Javier Rodriguez has insisted that he will not leave his position as Almeria manager.

The newly-promoted outfit, who lost 3-0 to Real Sociedad at the weekend, currently sit bottom of La Liga having failed to record a victory this season.

"We are at the disposal of the club for whatever they want and I will not lower my arms," he told reporters at a press conference.

"I will fight to the end to pull this off, either as a coach or a ball boy. I consider myself a man of this club. Whatever will be, will be. It is not in my hands."

Almeria are next in action against Valencia on Wednesday.
