Chuba Akpom to join Hull City on loan?

Arsenal will reportedly send striker Chuba Akpom to Hull City on loan to secure more first-team experience.

Hull City have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Chuba Akpom on a season-long loan from Arsenal.

The 19-year-old has spent the pre-season with the Gunners, and had admitted that he was hoping to feature in the first team for Arsene Wenger this season.

However, The Mirror now reports that the manager wants the forward to get more regular game time, so has agreed to send him to the KC Stadium.

Akpom has previously had spells on loan with Brentford, Coventry City and Nottingham Forest.
