Benfica defender Ruben Dias has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Barcelona and Manchester City.
Having established himself as a key man for both Benfica and Portugal, the centre-back has been linked with a number of European football's top clubs.
However, having recently penned a new long-term deal, the 22-year-old has a release clause of £87m in his contract.
According to Record, this has not put off Barca and Man City, who are both keen to make changes to the middle of their backline.
The report claims that agent Jorge Mendes has already contacted the former regarding a possible deal during the next transfer window, aware that the Catalan giants are looking to raise funds from the sale of Samuel Umtiti.
Nevertheless, City boss Pep Guardiola, said to be admirer of Dias, could also cash in on one of his centre-backs later in 2020.
