Mansfield Town have confirmed the signings of Oxford United winger Alex MacDonald and Northampton Town midfielder Alfie Potter.
MacDonald, 26, has made 30 appearances this season for the U's, scoring three goals, and joins the League Two side on a free transfer after having his contract cancelled.
Meanwhile Potter, 28, had been released by the Cobblers, for whom he scored once in 32 league games after joining in 2015.
He found opportunities limited this season for Northampton, and has not featured since the New Year's Eve defeat away at Sheffield United.
The Stags have made eight signings so far this month as MacDonald and Potter are joined by goalkeeper Jake Kean, defender Hayden White, midfielders Joel Byrom and Ben Whiteman, and strikers Yoann Arquin and Shaquile Coulthirst.
