The Football Association has confirmed that it will not be taking action on Kyle Walker for his use of a 'legal high'.
The 23-year-old England and Tottenham Hotspur defender was pictured inhaling nitrous oxide from a balloon in a newspaper over the weekend.
Walker, who has since apologised for his actions, will not be disciplined for the incident.
"The FA and the England manager have spoken to Kyle about the matter and he has assured us it will not happen again," read an official FA statement.
"Kyle has accepted this mistake. He will not face any action under the England Player Code of Conduct."
Walker is currently with the England squad in Kiev preparing for their World Cup qualifier against Ukraine.
