Former Ipswich Town striker Sylvan Ebanks-Blake has revealed that he is eager to find a new club.
The 28-year-old is currently a free agent after leaving the Championship side at the end of last season.
While refusing to give away whether there has been any interest in his services, Ebanks-Blake insists that he is fit enough to join a club instantly.
"I am fit and ready to go whenever the right offer comes along," he told Sky Sports News. "I am keeping myself in the right condition as I am old enough and experienced enough to know that things can change in football very quickly and I might need to be ready straight away if a club comes in for me.
"I have been working hard in the gym, working with a personal trainer and going out on the bike a lot to maintain my fitness and condition so I am ready to go straight away."
Ebanks-Blake failed to score in 10 appearances for Ipswich last season.
