Ashley Barnes has reportedly been handed a new contract by Brighton & Hove Albion.
The attacker has just 12 months left to run on his current deal, which is thought to have alerted a host of Premier League sides, including Norwich City and Hull City.
However, the Seagulls are keen to keep hold of the 23-year-old, which has prompted them to offer him fresh terms, according to Sky Sports News.
It is not yet known if Barnes, who joined Brighton from Plymouth Argyle in 2010, has accepted the Championship club's proposal.
